Discordify Privacy Policy

Last updated: 17/08/2026

This page explains what Discordify collects, what is public, and how the data is used.

1. What we collect

  • Discord account data needed for login and server management.
  • Listing data such as descriptions, tags, invite links, slugs, and public metadata.
  • Bot details such as bot name, bot ID, support links, and proof of ownership or authorization where needed.
  • Vote, anti-abuse, and payment-related records needed to run the platform.

2. Why we collect it

Some of this data is needed to operate listings that depend on Discord Terms of Service and, for bots, the Discord Developer Terms.

  • To let you log in and manage listings.
  • To publish server and bot listings on the site.
  • To review listings, prevent abuse, and handle reports.
  • To process paid upgrades and sponsorships.
  • To understand platform usage, improve Discordify, and produce aggregate analytics.

When data is used for analytics, it is always anonymized and aggregated before analysis. Analytics are produced only from sufficiently large sample sizes so that individual users cannot be identified, and personal information is never exposed in analytics reports or outputs.

3. What is public

  • Your approved listing content and public server or bot metadata.
  • Your private OAuth details, IP address, internal moderation notes, and payment identifiers are not public.

4. Payment processing

Paid upgrades and sponsorships are processed through Stripe, a certified PCI Level 1 payment processor. When you make a payment, your card details, billing address, and payment credentials are sent directly to Stripe and never pass through or touch Discordify servers.

Discordify stores only the following payment-related data:

  • Subscription status, tier, and relevant dates (start, renewal, expiry).
  • Payment method category (e.g. "Visa", "PayPal"); not full card info.
  • Stripe-issued identifiers (subscription ID, customer ID) needed to manage your plan.
  • Transaction amount and date.

We never store full card numbers, CVC codes, expiry dates, or billing addresses. Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.

5. What we do not ask for

Discordify does not ask for your bot token, private source code, or private secrets.

6. Requests

  • You can request deletion of a listing or applicable account data.
  • You can revoke Discord access in your Discord account settings.
  • For other privacy questions, contact us via the Discordify support server.

By submitting a server or bot listing, you agree to the Guidelines, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal data. For privacy or legal questions, contact Discordify support.
