1. Who may use the bot
You may only invite or configure the Activity Heatmap Bot for a server you own or are authorized to manage.
- You are responsible for the settings you enable, including whether the public heatmap is shown on your Discordify listing.
- You must keep your listing information accurate and comply with Discord's own rules.
2. What the bot is for
The bot is used to power Discordify's message activity heatmap, owner-facing stats, recent sync state, and related activity insights for connected servers.
- The service may show aggregated activity totals, busiest periods, and top active members for supported ranges.
- Some features depend on the bot remaining in the server and setup staying complete.
3. Your responsibilities
Your use of the bot must stay consistent with Discord Terms of Service and the Discord Developer Terms.
- Do not use the bot for surveillance, harassment, spam, or unlawful monitoring.
- Do not attempt to interfere with the bot, API, sync flow, or cached analytics payloads.
- Do not misrepresent the bot's analytics as exact member joins, message content logs, or moderation evidence beyond what the feature actually tracks.
4. Availability and limits
Analytics can lag, fail to sync, or differ from Discord's own numbers. The feature is provided on an as-available basis.
- Discordify may change supported history ranges, entitlement rules, or setup requirements.
- Public heatmap visibility and extended history may depend on your current listing settings or subscription tier.
5. Suspension or removal
- We may disable access, stop syncing, or remove related public displays if the bot is abused, misconfigured, or creates platform risk.
- We may stop providing analytics for a server if the server, bot setup, or linked listing no longer complies with Discordify or Discord rules.
