Discordify Terms of Service

1. Use of the service

Discordify is a platform for discovering Discord servers and bots.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to use Discord.
• You must have permission to manage the server, bot, or project you list.
• You are responsible for keeping your listing accurate and lawful.

3. Server and bot rules

Your use of Discordify must also stay consistent with Discord Terms of Service and, when applicable, the Discord Developer Terms.

• Your content must follow Discord's terms, community rules, and developer rules where applicable.
• Your listing details and descriptions must stay accurate.
• You may not present unofficial projects as official.

4. Prohibited behavior

• Selfbots, spam tools, raid tools, phishing, malware, token tools, or similar abusive automation.
• Attempts to attack, scrape, or interfere with Discordify.
• Illegal, deceptive, abusive, hateful, or infringing content.

5. Paid upgrades and refunds

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's processing of your payment data.

• Paid upgrades (Silver, Gold) and sponsor placements are offered as described on the upgrades page.
• We do not offer refunds. All payments are final once completed.
• If you switch to a different server or bot, you may be eligible to transfer unused time from your current subscription or sponsorship to that listing at our discretion. Contact support to request a transfer.
• Recurring subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will retain access until then.
• If a listing is removed for violating our guidelines or terms, no refund or transfer is owed.

6. Enforcement

• We may edit, reject, unlist, or remove content.
• We may ask for proof of ownership or authorization.
• We may suspend access when a listing or account creates risk for the platform.

7. Ownership and disclaimer

• You keep ownership of the content you submit, but you allow Discordify to display it.
• You must have the rights to use the names, logos, and assets in your listing.
• Discordify is not affiliated with Discord Inc. and is not responsible for third-party servers or bots.
