Lack of communication is what causes conflict, by shining a light on things that are difficult to communicate we can reduce conflict.
We are a startup and we want to handle business to consumer communication a bit differently. The way traditional companies do it is everything is top down, the company provides the products and services and the users don’t get a say. We want to take a more unconventional approach.
