THE DAWN OF A NEW ERA OF JUSTICE.
The year is 1990, and the Justice League has expanded their roster to heroes that span the world. But the Justice League isn’t the only team forging new alliances. In the seedy underground of the Eastern Seaboard, LexCorp CEO Lex Luthor has made his own connections – and now he is ready to launch his personal response to the audacity of the Justice League’s Watchtower: LEGION.
