Humanity's First Step Beyond the Sol System YEAR: 2112
Humanity has moved to live amongst the stars. Colonies have been founded may of the other planets within the Sol System. For several decades, humanity has put all of its effort into its expansion. This was a time of peace, after all, everyone was too busy making stable, self-sufficient, colonies to worry about political tension. You are a part of the crew of the HCR-127 Endurant, the flagship of the UN's Final Frontier Project. The Endurant is the first military ship to come standard with a FTL Drive, which will enable the Sol Defense Corps to have a greater reach into the vast universe. If all goes well, the FTL drive will become standard on all ships, commissioned and non-commissioned alike. The Endurant, however, is still a military ship, and despite protests from many in the U.N., the heavy cruiser is serving in active military duty as a singular vessel to test is capabilities outside of FTL travel.
Take your place aboard the HCR-127 Endurant and help shape humanity's first chapter among the stars.
