APPTikTok story time, but in your Discord calls. Listen to wild Reddit stories with realistic voices while you game or study.
About This Bot
What is Sonar?
Ever join a voice channel with friends, only for everyone to run out of things to talk about? Or maybe you want some company while you study, draw, or play games alone.
Sonar joins your voice calls to read you wild, funny, and interesting stories pulled directly from Reddit and TikTok. It is like having a podcast or an audiobook narrator right in your channel, keeping you entertained and curbing the silence.
Features You and Your Server Members Will Love:
Interactive Player Card: When Sonar joins your channel, it posts a simple controller card in your chat. Anyone in the voice call can pause, resume, skip, or auto-play stories using easy-to-click buttons.
Real-Time Speed Controls: Want to listen faster or slow things down? You can change the narrator's speed (0.75x, 1.0x, 1.5x, or 2.0x) in real-time without making the voice sound high-pitched or distorted.
Browse the Story Catalog: Open a visual story catalog right inside Discord. You can filter stories by category (like r/AskReddit or r/nosleep) and select exactly what you want to hear from a dropdown menu.
Zero Setup Required: No complicated configurations. Just invite the bot, join a voice channel, and you are ready to listen.
