Starnote 💫

About This Bot

Starnote is a Discord bot containing more than 800 tracks (and still growing!) from various video games, from old to new.

Purpose
Starnote's main purpose is to shine some light onto obscure music and artists that deserve more recognition for their work. That's why every track has its original composer specified, or at least, all the people that work on the music for that game.

You would be surprised by how often similar names appear in your favorite soundtracks or how a certain artist can compose multiple tracks in very different genres. Starnote aims to make you discover these wild facts about video game music, as well as some true bangers!

Features
• Search specific tracks by name, artist, or series
• Recommend tracks to be reviewed and added into the bot
• Keep a list of your favorite ones
• Create, manage and save playlists
• Rate tracks, with ratings shared across every server
• Subscribe to specific artists or games to not miss them
• Earn experience, achievements, and level-ups, just by using the bot
• Play mini-games
• Minimal set-up
• Customizable embed and prefix

Growing Goals
Every week, on Sundays, a new update will be pushed with new tracks added to the database. With a certain number of tracks added, a new feature will also be added.
Please keep it mind that updates might be slow or not happen due to the creator's own agenda

Current goal : Road to 1K tracks

Next feature : TBD

Disclaimer
Starnote or its creator DO NOT own any of the music inside the database. The sole goal of Starnote is to share video game soundtracks for knowledge and discovery purposes. Please support the original composer or games as best as you can, by purchasing the game's affiliated soundtrack for example.
