Discordify Server Submission Guidelines

Welcome to Discordify. Before submitting your server, please read these guidelines carefully to ensure your listing is approved and remains visible.

✅ 1. General Eligibility

NSFW servers must be appropriately tagged as NSFW during submission.
Servers promoting illegal activities (e.g. fraud, exploits, hacks outside TOS-approved modding) are strictly prohibited.

📝 2. Submission Requirements

Short Description

Max 250 characters.
Should summarise the main focus or benefit of joining your server.
Avoid keyword stuffing.

Long Description

Max 1000 characters.
Provide details about:
- Community purpose
- Unique features
- Rules and culture
Markdown or HTML is not supported.

Custom Slug

Used to generate your server page URL.
Must be 2+ characters, no spaces (use dashes or underscores if needed).
Example:
my-gaming-hub

🔗 3. Invite Link Guidelines

Permanent invites only.
Must be a valid Discord invite link or just the invite code.
Example:
https://discord.gg/abc123
If you regenerate your invite, remember to update it on Discordify.

🚫 4. Prohibited Content

⚠️ Listings will be removed or banned if they:

Promote illegal, hateful, or extremist content.
Include personal attacks or targeted harassment.
Infringe upon intellectual property or trademark rights.
Are disguised as official servers for companies or public figures without proof.

🔧 5. Moderation and Verification

All submissions are reviewed manually.
Discordify reserves the right to:
- Remove or edit listings to maintain platform quality.
- Ban servers or users who violate guidelines.

⭐ 6. Upgrades and Sponsorship

Sponsored servers appear at the top of search results and categories.
For upgrade options, visit discordify.net/upgrade after submitting your server.

✔ Write a clear, authentic description reflecting your community's values.
✔ Tag your server accurately for better search ranking.
